In our most recent collaboration, we assisted Credit Karma in designing and implementing a user-friendly experience that empowers members to file their taxes efficiently. This includes optimizing deductions, ensuring compliance with federal timelines, and offering exclusive TurboTax deals. We developed tools like a refund estimator and document checklist, which, along with a revamped ‘Tax’ section in the app, provide members with clear, user-friendly access to their tax information.
