We collaborated with Grammarly to enhance their AI-powered writing assistance for students. Through research and workshops, we designed ethical, content-focused feedback tools, lessening the need for students to seek additional outside support. After extensive user testing with students, the outcome was a set of impactful features that helped secure broader buy-in for further development.
