In partnership with Toyota North America, we spearheaded efforts to enhance the usability of their in-car infotainment system, focusing on the 'Settings' domain, which manages configuration features for the entire car ecosystem.

Our expertise in information architecture and UI design was pivotal in addressing cultural differences and user expectations, allowing us to craft a tailored experience for both North American and European markets. Testing and validation ensured our designs were intuitive and user-friendly,  enhancing the user experience for Toyota's global audience.
